Roberta Bonello Felice joined the litigation department at Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates in 2023. Roberta’s main areas of expertise are criminal and family law.
Roberta has been specialising in criminal law for the past five years and has represented numerous clients, acting as both defence counsel as well as representing clients as parte civile, in cases relating to Homicide, Money Laundering, Theft, Drug offences and Domestic Violence.
Apart from criminal law, Roberta also has extensive experience in family law with particular focus on relationship disputes where she assists clients in their understanding of their legal rights and obligations emanating from the relationship. She provides legal advice on issues, concerning careand custody of children, separation, divorce settlements and annulment.
Roberta graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Legal Procurator from the University of Malta in 2015. The following year, Roberta graduated with a Diploma Notary Public. Roberta completed her Doctor of Laws degree in 2018 from the University of Malta, after duly submitting her dissertation titled ‘The psychological expert reports before the Malta Ecclesiastical Tribunal; Their relevance to Child custody decisions’. She was then called to the bar of the Republic of Malta in March 2019.
