Emily Bonnici is one of the Corporate Administrators at Aegis Corporate Services, where she plays a key role in ensuring that both trading and holding companies adhere to the best governance practices and comply with the Companies Act. Emily’s day-to-day responsibilities include assistance with regulatory filing of VAT returns with the Maltese VAT Department, drafting and filing of documents with the Malta Business Registry and ensuring the timely submission of any other mandatory statutory forms, attending client meetings and keeping minutes as well as liaising with various local authorities.

Other essential tasks in her Administrator role at Aegis include issuing invoices, managing debt recovery and the general administration of the Company, including maintaining social media platforms and the company website.

Prior to joining AEGIS Corporate Services in 2020, Emily gained her experience during her time as an Administrator in a well-renowned private University and as a Head Office Administrator in a local Real Estate company. Both roles have helped her understand the importance of good administration skills and effective communication.
